The Department of Biology Didactics at the University of Bremen researches the teaching and learning of biological content and trains biology teacher training students. Students acquire a broad didactic knowledge for innovative, motivating biology lessons that are evidence-based and promote learning processes in a sustainable and competence-oriented way. In the biology didactic teaching and learning laboratory, school classes learn about scientific working methods.
